Felicity Jones is an British actress best known in the role of Jane Hawking in the critically acclaimed movie The Theory of Everything. Jones has been working in plays, films and television since her 12th birthday. Her career began with the film on television The Treasure Seekers. Then in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters, which was a sequel to The Worst Witch. She was Young Ruth in her first film Flashbacks of a Fool and later on, she starred in a variety of films. Her acting gained her fame in films such as The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. It was however her character on The Theory of Everything' that earned her the Oscar award for the very first time. The biopic is based on the life of physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones was highly praised by viewers and critics for her impeccable performance as Hawking's wife. Jones was later seen in Inferno which was a horror film that starred Tom Hanks. Jones won her British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, because of her outstanding talents and contributions.
