David Muir, an American journalist who anchors the ABC News magazine 20, is most well-known as the co-anchor of World News Tonight With David Muir. The most-watched newscast in America is his program, which features dramatic video clips and animated gestures. Made In America was nominated for an Emmy. Prior to the appointment of anchor of ABC World News Tonight Sawyer was his primary replacement. ABC News has broadcast many specials in primetime, one of them being Breaking Point Heroin in America. He's traveled all over the globe to report on stories from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti and the Gulf of Mexico. He's received several Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards as well as numerous distinctions and awards by the Associated Press.
